We are delighted to offer pre-paid shipping labels for US customers that wish to exchange their product for any reason. Any item can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Fill out the customer service form and we will send you instructions on how to pack and ship the product being returned or exchanged. All exchanged items must be in the condition they were received.
